Definitely working out. I have never gotten to a point where I enjoy it. I lost 83 lbs. in 2004-5 and I worked out almost every single day. I never reached a point where I looked forward to it, enjoyed it, or missed it if I skipped a day. It's just one of those things I have to make sure I do. I don't like putting on makeup or doing my hair either, but I do it so I'll look presentable.

Eating Right Im so bad about it I almost never go over my calorie intake but I like to eat what I want to eat. Im not big on eating out so that kinda helps

They go hand and hand for me. Eating right allows me to have the energy to exercise. Exercising forces me to eat right.

Definitely the eating right part. I have too much of a sweet tooth! And I love wine and mimosas.

I used to hate exercise and had a hard time getting into it at first, but now I LOVE it and feel awful if I have a day with no exercise. It's so easy to work out -- I could do it all day if I had the time!
