I've been going over my fiber intake almost everyday. I really can't see how that's a bad thing though. Any thoughts?

Shouldn't be in issue, you will just be really...regular!0

I'm usually over mine. I try and eat a high fiber diet. Keeps me regular. I can always tell when I've had a few low days in a row0

As long it is not causing gastrointestinal distress, you should be fine.0

I think the fiber column should be viewed differently to all the others.
The others are maximums and the fiber is a minimum.
So don't worry about going over.0 -
Unless you're getting like 70g of fiber, I'm sure you'll be fine. 40'ish is a very reasonable number. Higher isn't going to bother you unless it's WAY higher.0
