    you can deff tell from the picture you los weight, it usually comes off the belly first, and you've lost belly fat, congradulations

    I can see a difference in your pictures. I started at a size 24 and am finally down to a 16. Each step feels so great. I always keep a pair of the next size down pants out and try them on once a week. That helps inspire me! You'll get there before you know it. Congratulations!

    You're doing a great job! 31 lbs is a lot! Weight loss is hard and it takes a long time so hang in there and before you know it, you'll be one less size again...Stay strong!:flowerforyou:

    Keep up the good work! I just started myself last week and have a long way to go to be where I want to be also. Just keep your goals small and as you reach each one you will continue to be motivated.

    A friend once said to me ....It takes 4 weeks for you to notice your body changing ... 8 weeks for your friends and loved ones to notice ...12 weeks for the rest of the world .. DON"T QUIT ! ... you can defintiely tell from your pictures ...keep up the good work !
