I have a digital that fluctuates all over the place. I don't trust it. I also have a regular scale.

Which do you use? What scale do you recommend?

    Wow, I just came here to post almost exactly the same question. I realized that, after thinking I'd somehow gained 6 pounds overnight, my scale is really unreliable - it gives a different result ever time I step on. I'd love to hear from people that have really reliable scales so I can track my weight loss.
