Compare oz.

Do you measure you food with a scale or guess the oz.. Say you are guessing oz. what would you compare 1oz, 4 oz to ?? say 1 oz.would = 1/2 deck of cards approx. etc??

    BUTT when it come to water you should measure in round about cups not ounces. :wink:

    A food scale is your BEST friend. But if you don't have one yet and need a comparison, most nutritionists will tell you that 4 ounces of protein is approximately equal to a deck of cards. So one ounce would NOT be a half deck of cards. Sorry...

    scale! don't estimate. I got a cheap scale for about $10 but it does the job so that I don't have to guess and be over or under in my guess.

    i used to guess/estimate......and i wasn't losing the weight

    then i got a scale......wow! my estimates were way off !

    now I weigh everything and so far I've lost quite a bit of poundage
