  • Hello!! Second day here also! I have been kickin the water bottle HARD!!!
  • I was reading that to lose weight you should drink 1/2 your body weight in water. So if your 200 pounds drink 100 oz I know it's a lot but i"ve been doing it and it helps. Keep up the good work!

    Helps keep you in the bathroom a lot too. Wooohooo!!! I also drink a ton of water and make sure that I take a toothbrush and toothpaste to the office with me as well. I have learned that when you are tempted, really tempted to eat, then brush your teeth with toothpaste and wait 10-15 min. If you do this, 9 times out of 10 you will not eat.
