Please be nice. I was at my heaviest at 226 and that is the pic on the left and the picture of the right is at 208...I am currently at 203!! Any tips are welcomed...also I am 5'3"

That is awesome, great job, keep up the good work, I use a sauna suit when I work out, helps me sweat more, I drink plenty of water throughout the day, I just started my workouts yesterday. Bless you and best of luck with your goal. I still need to take my starting out picture.0
