Looking to join a group to make sure that I stay motivated. I'm in Edmonton.

    There are lots of Canadians out here! I'm sure you'll even find a few in Edmonton (I lived there for a summer, does that count?). I'm currently in Ottawa. There's a great group of June Starters that you can join, and I'm sure there are a few Canadian groups too! Good luck in your journey, and welcome to MFP!!

    Hey all you folks from Canada! We have a group called the crazy cannucks, and we make a new thread every week on wednesdays where we weigh in, so today would be an excellent day for you all to join! good luck with the weight loss!

    I love Seattle. I have not been there in a while. I miss Pike Place Market. Nothing quite like it anywhere else on the west coast except maybe Granville Island Market in Vancouver. Lots of fresh veggies and fruit there.

    I'm in Ontario! I'm the same way...if i feel i'm accountable to someone than i feel more eager to do it. I started last week....and love this sight. The buddy system is the way to go!

    I joined so that I would not feel I was doing this by myself. I love this site as well.
