Sounds weird but it worked

The last couple of days I've been in kind of a funk, feeling very ugh I'm so sick of working out and I'm tired of logging everything I eat. So I decided for supper tonight I'd give myself a break and let myself go over and eat whatever I want. And I think it was exactly what I needed. I feel fat and gross and can't wait to work out tomorrow morning and get back to eating right.

    What what that's awesome. It's so great feeling crapy because you want to get back to feeling clean and healthy again. Maybe you can switch up your work out you might have gotten on a plateau.

    This wasn't even a cheat day, in my mind. It was a reminder of how crappy I feel when I don't take care of myself. It was the kick in the *ss I needed too apparently :-)
