Sounds weird but it worked

The last couple of days I've been in kind of a funk, feeling very ugh I'm so sick of working out and I'm tired of logging everything I eat. So I decided for supper tonight I'd give myself a break and let myself go over and eat whatever I want. And I think it was exactly what I needed. I feel fat and gross and can't wait to work out tomorrow morning and get back to eating right.
