I started an exercise program and weight lose program on February 6th and have lost 2 pounds already. My fitness pal says to eat 1510 calories a day, but I NEVER eat that much. I try to stay a tad bit under. I hope that I can gather a lot of suggestions here... to hello from Utah!!

    Mine is saying about the same, and like you I never eat that many calories. I really need to get the processed carbs under control.

    I figure as long as I eat decent food the calories are more a "just don't go over " thing
