30 Day Shred - Help Required

Thanks for this support it is much appreciated. Final question for you all before I hit the "buy" button on amazon. How do you guys go about logging your 30 day shred workouts in the exercise section. I want to make sure I get the calorie burn correct
You should definitely try the 30DS, it's quick and I felt results the next day. I'm on day 5 and level 1 is getting easier at this point. I log my exercise as Circuit Training (curves) just to get it to the right number of calories burned. If you google your question it states that people burn about 170 cals per workout , which are 25 minutes. Of course I think it will also depend on your weight so people with a HRM can probably answer more precisely.0
