My favorite is from Dolvett on the Biggest Loser. Someone was complaining they wanted to stop because it hurt. He said "it hurts to look this good. I'm in pain everyday."0

A boss once told me "dress the part to what you want to be". It took me ages to finally realise the extent of this and I try to live it in everything I do. I want to be bubbly and sociable, I dress the part put on my uniform and just do it. I want to lose weight, I get my mindset right and be that person, dress the part.
It's difficult but once you really fathom out the saying, it's brilliant!!0 -
