I find a balanced diet and sufficient calorie consumption helps. Caloric efficient foods that you can eat large quantities (veggies, lean meats) will allow you to eat a crap ton without dealing with real hunger.

    Food.

Real, nutritious, well-balanced meals and snacks - yes, actual food - go a long way in appeasing hunger.

FIBER and lots of water. Increased protein.
As a pill? I've found nothing really works unless it's prescription. And then you need to be seeing your doctor regularly to get it at all as they all can be hard on your heart.

    Foods with protein and/or fiber.

If you fill up on both protein and fiber at your regular meals along with water you should not have a problem with hunger. If you still do then maybe you just are not eating enough calories to sustain your body through whatever activities/excercise it is you do.

    Good luck! :flowerforyou:

My new favorite is Chia seeds... Just sprinkle them on everything you eat...they keep you full and satisfied until its time to eat again...I have been using them for 2 weeks now and can really see a difference. Health food stores have them.
