Weigh in Day

Today is weigh in day. I really hate scales, so only weigh in once every 5 weeks. I must admit I have scale anxiety even though I've been below my calories and have exercised every day. I hear so many people talk about plateaus it's got me wigged out.

    lol I have the opposite!! I would die of curiosity if I had to weigh so "unoften" This past weekend my battery died on my scale and I freaked out. One day of not weighing threw me for a loop.

    I too share the same anxiety with the scale. I have only weighed myself twice since changing my style of eating. Maybe my expectations are too high and i want fast results.
  • I think that is my problem too. I'm so afraid I won't see any results I just don't look. Illogical I know, but after a few weeks using MFP I still haven't weighed.

    I weigh every Thursday morning. I need to see how I'm doing otherwise I would tend to be lax about recording what I eat.

    LOL I weigh-in every morning! I've been doing it long enough to know when my highs and lows are going to be so it doesn't matter if the scale goes up a few pounds. Just getting off a 2.5 month plateau but if I hadn't weighed myself this morning, I never would have known! ;)
