Body Fortress protien.

I have been using this protien and from what I can see its pretty good. 140 calories 26 protien 1 sugar.....and other nutrients. Its like 15 buck. Do any of you use it? And what is your opinion?

    I use it, and I find it quite tasty. And for the price, it works just fine for me. I've tried the vanilla, chocolate, and the strawberry at various times, and they are all good!!

    I have used it and I like it. I usually have a shake with my breakfast and one after my workout......I like the taste and the price so it's a win-win situation for me.

    Im a fan :) It's great when i need protein and don;t have the $40 to spend on higher protein brands. My ONLY issue is with the vanilla flavor, my lactose intolerance really acts up for some reason after i drink that flavor.

    Have you tried thair protein shots? They taste kinda like hawaiian punch :)

    I just recently started using their Whey Protein (Chocolate) and made the mistake the first day of mixing it with water...I will NOT be doing that again. I will instead mix with skim milk. It does do a great job of filling you up though as I could barely finish a banana and yogurt that I tried to eat with it the first day. Can't wait to see how it helps my results.

    Yup. The one I have has 30g protein.

    Whatever you do, do NOT use Muscle Tech.

    As a student on a budget, I love it. I have the Cookies and Cream. It's good with water, but it's really good with skim milk.

    im using unsweetened almond milk.....only 35 calories a cup......


    so what do the more expensive powders have that this doesnt? Ive looked at some...and they have less protien and more sugar...

    It's great for the price. Doesn't work into coconut milk as easily as the more expensive powders so I use the stick blender. Taste is fine with milk- water ..it was a bit chalky. Worth the savings of all that money to just plug a nose and down it. Doesn't upset my GF tummy.
