    I'm sleep training my son at the moment and it's taking its toll. It's taking longer and proven more difficult than I thought. Wish he would enjoy sleeping as much as I do......
    So, I'm okay with maintaining. 'Cause once he sleeps better I'll have more time to exercise!!!!

    The running is killing me and the scale is doing crazy things. I am trying to be patient and measure my progress more by a tight pair of pants that seems to be getting a little looser?

    Total lost in this challenge so far: 2lb

    This is tricky weighing in midweek. Usually my official weighing in day is a Sunday. So far this month I've lost 4lb, but for this challenge I'm weighing on and registering on a Wednesday and my weight fluctuates a lot in the week. Hopefully with two more weigh-ins I can get the remaining 3lbs I need.

    I have spent another hour today trying to add everyone to the spreadsheet. Currently I think I have about 4 or more hours into it and I am at 235 participants and only on page 11 of the first thread. I am going to stop working on this for the day as I do have other things that I MUST get done. I will work more tonight or tomorrow. However, at this point we might just skip the spreadsheet for this month. I will let you know what I decide.

    NEXT MONTH I WILL BE LIMITING THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE THAT JOIN THIS CHALLENGE!

    Thank you for this thread now matter what you decide. It gives just a little more structure to the journey.

    Is there a way that you can share the template/work with someone who might be savvy enough to rise to the challenge? We could split this thread up that way and make it two or three smaller threads/groups. Or divide the work on one spread sheet.
