I don't. If I want it, I eat it. If I can get to it, that is and if I'm in my off-season... During training, though, candy seems to be my weakness.0

I usually crave a specific meal from our local AMAZING Thai restaurant. And I get it. Once a week. Anyone who misses a certain food in this thread is making me sad! You don't have to miss cheese for example. Just eat a moderate portion every once in awhile. I don't have Thai every night....but I love that meal and I have it once. It's just living! :-) I'm back at the gym the next morning!0

I usually fantasize about desserts, I love desserts! doesn't matter what it is. Cookies, cake, pies, ice cream, I love them all!! I have a cheat meal every Friday night and I make sure I eat a good dessert!! It holds me over till the next Friday night!0

OMG where do I begin?
1. Bacon cheeseburger with avocado, accompanied by fries/onion rings.
2. Chocolate!! Especially those Ghiradelli squares.
3. Petit fours and/or cupcakes.
4. Pizza (though I rarely ate it before I began my weight loss journey).
5. Brie cheese on crackers.
6. Peanut butter -- I eat it, but I wish I could have MORE of it.
