    I don't. If I want it, I eat it. If I can get to it, that is and if I'm in my off-season... During training, though, candy seems to be my weakness.

    I usually crave a specific meal from our local AMAZING Thai restaurant. And I get it. Once a week. Anyone who misses a certain food in this thread is making me sad! You don't have to miss cheese for example. Just eat a moderate portion every once in awhile. I don't have Thai every night....but I love that meal and I have it once. It's just living! :-) I'm back at the gym the next morning!

    I usually fantasize about desserts, I love desserts! doesn't matter what it is. Cookies, cake, pies, ice cream, I love them all!! I have a cheat meal every Friday night and I make sure I eat a good dessert!! It holds me over till the next Friday night!

    Chilli Cheese Fries with guacamole,sour cream and extra extra extra cheese

    My homemade quadruple chocolate brownies (still warm with ice cream) I haven't baked anything since I started MFP and it's my favourite thing to do.

    OMG where do I begin?

    1. Bacon cheeseburger with avocado, accompanied by fries/onion rings.
    2. Chocolate!! Especially those Ghiradelli squares.
    3. Petit fours and/or cupcakes.
    4. Pizza (though I rarely ate it before I began my weight loss journey).
    5. Brie cheese on crackers.
    6. Peanut butter -- I eat it, but I wish I could have MORE of it.
    7. Nutella.
