Slow cooker chicken enchilada soup (low cal/low carb)

I had to make my first post here on the forum to say how good this soup is!! After it finished cooking, I scooped it out into a bowl cup by cup and counted 14 - right around 100 cals. a cup! I topped mine off with extra cabbage, avocado, and a sprinkling of cheese -YUM.
