just need some helpful advice!

I was just curious to see if anyone had any advice for me.
I am 20 years old and have about 5-8 pounds to lose. I am currently eating 1500 calories a day BUT I am burning about 500 off through exercise (running 5 miles about 5 days a week). So I am getting about 1000 NET calories each day. Do yall think I should continue this as I have not reached a plateau yet, or should I start eating 200 more calories to reach 1200 NET even though I have not stalled in my weight loss... Any advice welcomed

At minimum you should be netting 1200 a day. When you don't have much to lose you will lose slowly.0

Calculate your BMR and eat at least that.0 -
I just wanted to know if I only eat oatmeal, toast and drink water everyday will I loose weight. Or will my body starve and I still loose weight.

You need ot eat your 1200 calories a day or your body will go into starvation mode and you will not loose. If you only eat oatmeal and toast later when you start eating normally you will probably gain the weight back very quickly.0
