    The main thing is I have become a mom to my kids again. I can take care of them, play with them, do things I have never been able to do with them before. To me that is the best thing that has come out of this because I was always a sidelines mom instead of a participating mom

    Wow Alison..you should be so proud! Whenever I have a week with no weight loss, I go to the success stories to get inspiration and yours is definitely one of them. Fifteen months is a long time to stick with a program and you did it! Congrats to you. Keep up the good work.

    You are awesome!! I lost 154 in 18 months and it totally changed my life. The coolest part is now being able to use what I've learned to encourage others and get them moving in the right direction. I challenge you to do the same. There are so many people who feel like there is no hope. You have showed them that there is HOPE! Write you journey down, give it to them and then use a little tough love to get them going. God has definitely given you a blessing to share. I have written a book journaling all that I learned through my journey. It's a great tool to get conversations started.
