I slipped outside today on a walk. Twisted my knee and pulled my groin muscles. I have been using this site for about a week and a half now and love it. Already lost 6 pounds and don't want to gain them back. Can anybody think of any kind of exercise I can do for a while that won't be too painful or do more damage???

I would let yourself heal. You could probably do some upper body stuff; and I would definitely recommend stretching with the pulled groin. I've had that before, and it takes a little while to heal.
  • Could you swim? The water will take your weight and mainly use your arms? I know a lot of friends who were told to swim after knee reconstructions and other knee problems....

Thanks for your advise and ideas. I am going to try to take it easy for a bit to heal, but I will use your ideas as I am able. I get antsy when I don't exercise. If you think of anything else let me know. A variety of ideas is always good.
