Has anybody made a smoothie with just a banana, strawberrys and eas vanilla protein shake?
For a lot of smoothie recipes, I always see it also has almond milk and greek yogurt. While I have that too, For my fist smoothie I only want to do fruit with some protein. So when I put the protein shake in the blender, do I mix it water like I usually do before I drink it? Or do I just put the powder in there with the fruit and blend?

I make strawberry and banana - strawberry flavorded protein + water, then a little mix, then add the banana and give it full blast. If I were you Id initially mix with water otherwise the powder will make a mess in the blender.

    The way I make mine:
    Cup of almond breeze vanilla
Frozen strawberrys and a little bit banana
Couple spoonfuls of stony field original plain yogurt
And 1 scoop of whey vanilla protein powder.
Fills me up and tastes good. :)

I usually pour in the almond milk first then add protein powder, blend for a couple of seconds. Then add in my yogurt and fruits then blend.

Use water and ice. Ice gives it the best consistency.

If you can spare the extra 50 calories or so, you can also use 1/2 a cup of juice and 1/2 a cup of water and it tastes even better!
