Hi everyone, 2 months journey so far I have lost 29 pounds, started in Dec. 18, 2012. I am no way half of where I need to be, but wanted to share the progress with you all. I encourage you that you can do this. If I can so can you. For those that don't know my story, in Nov. I wasn't doing very well. couldn't walk not even 10mins. couldn't drive either because of these horrible pains in my legs like i was getting charlie horses on them. in and out of the hospital. it was scarey. if you want to read more you can always go into my blogs. but here are the progress, keep focus and remember this is not a DIET but a lifestyle change for a better you.

  • Wow, how did you lose 29 pounds in such short time?

didn't use anything but workingout and changing my way of eating. one thing I was addicted and let go all together was the milk. I use to be addicted to cow's milk and drank whole milk every day with all my meals. one gallon a day, yes you read correctly one gallon a day. no water in my system and wasn't exercising just sitting around. so putting some movement in my body with some change of food choices, yes lost it so quckly, I don't skip any meals and I do make sure I eat close enough to my calories intake as possible.

you can do whatever you set your mind to do, just one at a time and never quit on yourself until your last breathe much success to you.
