hi all new to this but like the idea with sharing success with everyone so i guess im in. not had good two weeks. last week was 79.7 this week 79.4 so lost a pound in two weeks :sad: . im having 1200 cals a day as recomended by MFP but when i go to the gym i lose a 1.5 pounds. ive had a cold last two weeks so jus sort of maintained. i guess il have to sweat off at the gym again lol. good luck everyone.0

I would like to join in! This is my second week on MFP, I went from 187 to 184 my first week. This week, I gained 0,5... a little bit disappointed since I was feeling pretty good about this week (more gym, pushed myself harder, followed my calorie goal and ate well). I still struggle with drinking 8 cups of water a day, that'll be my goal for next week!!
