I have been using MFP lately just eating well but not exercising. I have been allowed 1330 calories a day. Recently began working out and adding that to my tracking. I understand that exercising gives me more calories to spend during the day. What I don't understand is why my net calories and my calories remaining to eat are not the same number? Can someone shed some light on this please? Do I need to adjust my settings or something? Right now it is set as working out 0 times a week. TIA!!!

Calorie remaining are what you have left for the day. Net calories are the total amount of calories you consumed. When you exercise it then will subtract what you burned through exercise from your calories consumed to get your total net calories. Hope that helps!0
