    You look great! How tall are you? I'm 5'4" and started in a similar place you did.

    Me too. My highest ever was 248 lbs (Jan 2010) and I'm 5'5". I'm currently at 209, but I've had a baby (weighed 235 before delivery) and have a completely different body than I did the last time I was down to 209...

    You were and are beautiful! But holy cr*p, that outfit in the new pic is hot! If I could find something that looked anywhere near that good on me, my hubby would be dehydrated from drooling. :laugh:

    Thank you so much to everyone that has commented! Your comments are all very encouraging and it helps to motivate me further.

    To answer a few questions that were asked:

    Height - I am 5' 5"

    And as to the swim suit I'm wearing in the after pic I can't remember where I got it. I bought it a few years ago hoping to get into it and I finally did. My husband and I went on a carribean cruise in December and the picture was taken in our cabin.

    Thanks again for all your kind words of encouragement....this is exactly why I love this site so much!! We are all here for the same reason. To lose weight, to be encouraged and to offer some encouragement to others. Best of luck to all of you as well! :)
