I can't wait to try thisy, thank you for posting! Not to sound stupid but to clarify, when you say upside-down you do mean to cook it with the cut sides up, correct? Also, you are doing an amazing job, 184 pounds, WOW!!! :noway::happy:0

yum! I love spaghetti squash... my default is topping it with pasta sauce as a low carb & low cal substitute for spaghetti noodles It's yummy with just some butter, garlic powder & pepper, too!0

You cook hump up, cut down. After you cut it in half, scoop out the seeds, sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic (I use fresh three cloves pressed through garlic press but you can use powder too), place cut side down on a cookie sheet. The opening of the squash is then tented and the trapped moisture helps to steam the squash.0 -

If you can afford the carbs/cals that day you can also spoon a little cottage or ricotta cheese on the squash, under the pasta sauce, topping all w/ fresh grated parmesan. It gives it a lasagna-like flavor. I prefer spaghetti squash to pasta any day!0 -
