Program to burn more calories than Insanity & 30DS combined

I have had incredible success lately with this program. Before you invest your time, money & energy on Insanity or the 30DS, I highly recommend you try the most effective calorie burning program on the planet. It's called "The Pushaway" - as in "push away from the table." Allow me to demonstrate.
Start off with 2 pieces of Papa John's Medium (12") Pepperoni Pizza:
Look up the caloric value on MFP:
Figure out how far you would have to run to burn it off:
Then do this:
There - you just completed a Pushaway - the equivalent of running 3 miles accomplished in about 30 seconds. If you are doing Insanity and 30DS and haven't mastered the Pushaway yet - give this a try first.

AWESOME post. Ya got me, but you make total sense. It goes both ways, if you want to eat more ya gotta exercise more. If ya wanna exercise less ya gotta eat less. Who'd a thunk it ????0
