    You look amazing. Congratulations on all the hard work. I have had a really struggle recently, and have been wanting to give up, but it's post like yours that help keep me on track. It helps to know it's possible, and to hope to someday help others feel that way too.

    WOW I am so amazed you have transformed yourself! I started here a month agoa and lst 11 pounds. This week I struggled so much and have been eathing poorly. Seeing you makes me feel that I can do this and I am getting back on the track tomorrow!! Thank you for sharing your story and pictures.

    You look totally AWESOME! So happy for you and it's people like you that keep me going...I too am one that will have lost a whole person before this battle is through. It will be worth it, but oh the time, sweat, and tears we go through in the process. congratulations!

    Thanks! Truly MFP has been the reason I have been successful. I have lost weight in the past and always gained it back and never have I lost SO much before. Without the support from friends here on MFP I would have given up and not been successful. Not bad for someone who had no intentions of really doing this when I first started:happy: I really do have to thank all my MFP friends who kept me in this and never let me give up on myself
