I just wanted to say hello to all the challengers! I had a great run yesterday that I credit completely to this challenge. I didn't get on the treadmill until almost 10pm and I was tired and didn't want do it. I didn't want to give up on the challenge so soon though, so I made myself get on. I ended up having one of my longest runs yet and my best calorie burn and I owe it all to each of you! I hope everyone is still feeling the push to do a little more, so we will all reach our goals!0

I'm behind in checking in:
Monday doubled up' 3 sets of 15 swimmers, 3 sets of 15 woodchops & 10 mermaids & 5 mile walk/run & 3 sets of triceps
Done with also 60 mins Cicuit Training done. (swimmers, triceps, and 3 miles done with circuit training)
Tues. Feb. 14th: 1 min. bear walk, 2 leg lifts done and 50 crunches done
Tues: 50 minutes Cicuit Training done
Water done and Under calorie goal Sat, Sun, Mon, and just finished Tues.
It was hard catching up, but it feels good now that it has been done. I am going to soak now.

Thanks for the info, I was told the same thing, I just didn't think it would happen this fast. I just really started working out on this challenge so, I was surprised. I probably would have quit again if it wasn't for the inches i lost! Just goes to show you that it's not always about the number on the scale!!

On another personal note, I can do 30 jump jacks in a row, real ones too! I'm so proud of that single accomplishment! I have started doing jumping jacks every day and haven't logged them or my 50 crunches I've been doing, but have found that they are coming easier and easier - I plan to up the number next week!
Burpees and bear walks are still from the devil, just sayin'!0 -

I thought I was having a good week, but the scale says otherwise. I've lost no weight this week and my stomach is really bloated.

Saturday - under calories, water goal met, 66 mins exercise (elliptical & bike)
Sunday - over calories, water goal met, daily challenge completed, 46 mins exercise, including walking
Monday - under calories, water goal met, daily challenge completed, 87 minutes exercise (6.55 miles!)
Tuesday - under calories, short on water, no daily challenge done
Wednesday - under calories, short on water, 56 minutes of exercise, did crunches, circuit training, and ran, but no jumpjacks
Thursday - under calories, short on water goal, 51 minutes exercise, 4.4 miles walk/run, crunches, and circuit weights, but no other daily challenge exercises.
Friday - over calories, under water, no exercise, tummy ache.

Hi Tina,
We are having unusually warm weather here in the Northwest but a bit of snow to keep us Canadian.
Looking forward to checking my stats tomorrow. I'm wearing pants that were too tight a month ago and it feels great just to put them on without having to suck my stomach back to my spine!!!! LOL
I feel like I have had a great week and I hope everyone else has too!!

Not a good week for me. I went over my calories 2 days, my daughter wanted chinese food for her 13th birthday party. I'm still loosing inches, but not lbs. It doesn't help that I only got to the gym 2x this week. Back to work next week & my regular gym schedule, hopefully that will get the scale moving again!

So last week, I worked out super hard and saw no weight loss. This week I think it finally caught up and I am down 2 lbs. It has been a crazy week for me (next week isn't looking much better), so I didn't exercise nearly as much as I should have. Overall, I am pleased, but hope maybe next week I can do better. Gals,
I have been hosting these Biggest Loser Challenge since June 2011. I've decided that I'm taking the month of March off from the challenge and t'm gong to try something different. I'm not for sure what yet but I need a change.
I'm planning on picking up the challenge again in April or May.
