    She said it has taken a year, so perhaps she discovered MFP in Nov when she was already a long way in to her journey.

    Fantastic effort. Best wishes for keeping the weight off. I am hoping to lose a massive 140pounds (approx). Serious question now....did you have any problems with loose flabby skin after the weight loss? I think i might with amount i need to lose

    I began my journey around this time last year...not even knowing mfp existed to be honest...a friend of mine told me her bf uses it and found a ton of support from it and so i thought about it for a while and then i too started using it and i am happy i did!
