    Wow!!! I can see changes in you all over the place!! Neck, arms, and stomach especially!! Great Job...What exercises have you been doing?
    I work out 6 days a week...here is my schedule
    Monday: run 30mins and 30 min personal training session
    Tuesday: 20 min core class & 60 min body step class
    Wednesday: run 5 miles
    Thursday: repeat Tuesday
    Friday: off day
    Saturday: body step 60 mins
    Sunday: run 5 miles
