    I'm 5' 7" and would like to lose 10lbs. It is amazing how difficult it can be to lose any amount of weight! You look wonderful and healthy :)

    You are smart to take care of it now before it does get out of hand. My mom used to tell me that it got harder to lose the older you get. Boy was she ever right! So keep up the good work and try very hard for it not to control you! Great job!

    Hahaha, yeah the first 3 are my room at uni (no mum to make me clean my room!), the last ones were at home!

    Great job. I started at 140. Currently 132 and headed for maybe 125ish. We may not have as much to lose but we still have to change our habits. Weight loss is weight loss.
