    nutrition
    clean eating since december 2011 (with a two week break in the end jan/beginning of feb, due to a very unmotivating plateau) :-( but back on track <b>warrior style</b> :-))

    activity -
    december/january
    yoga & mixed calisthenics
    february
    yoga and the 30DS! (day 4, can't wait to pull through!)

    thank you so much for such uplifting messages. i just finished day 5 of the 30DS video, with Ripped to do later i am now PUMPED to push through (al though at times i really really really don't want to :o)) ) ---- no stopping now, no pain no gain!!! :-))

    i lost in total about 14kg; that's around 30lbs... i was about 185lbs to begin with and now i am in my 150s:-)))

    awesome! i hope to get as good results as that :)
    i've lost 15kg, 33lbs from 213 to 180 but hoping to look as good at 150 as you do!
    How tall are you?

    i don't think i am @150 yet, i might be midways (155s?) /since i gained 4.4lbs on a two week relapse i haven't weighed myself because it really demotivates me :-(/ -- i am 163cm // that's 5'4'' right? :-))) thank you beauty:-)))
