Name one thing you are going to change this week in your fitness journey? I am going try to eat a more filling yet good for me breakfast.

Lowering my sodium intake. I didn't have it showing before, and I was astounded at how much I was getting every day - almost twice the RDA. !! No wonder I'm so swollen lol0

Feeling like I've failed cause the weight hasn't come off, I'm workingout and eating healthy, that damn scale can stick it. I'm improving myself in other ways! And clearing my head of the numbers game starts now!!!!!0

This week I'm giving up all beverages but water! No more flavored water, I'm going to see if not having all the sodium and chemicals makes a difference.0

I started wogging today! (walk/jog). 2 years ago I was running 5Ks for fun. The last 2 years I've been injured off and on and various injuries. I miss the racing and am trying to get back to it!0

I've started to measure everything again. I've always been good about my meats because I portion them out to freeze them so I can just thaw and eat, but ... things like peanut butter, sour cream, honey, etc. sometimes I just "eye it". Well, not anymore! Gotta get back into that because I know I'm eating more than I'm logging.0

Work out days I can and stick to it,try not to drink soda and more water,most defienitly not eat candy,until I actually lose something,than eat candy as a present to myself as a reward.0
