    A great snack bar.

Three eggs, about half a cup of milk, all the almonds and walnuts, leave out the cocoa powder unless you have sugar/applesauce/syrup/fake sugar. Put in enough oats that it looks like heavy muffin mix. Add a little bit of flour till it feels 'gummy' (probably less than half a cup).

Form into bars, bake at 350 till they feel done to you. Take em out and cool em. Or skip forming into bars, bake in a pan and cut into bar shapes later.

For more flavor- add in a pinch of cinnamon and a pinch PINCH of salt or salt substitute.

The snack bar sounds yummy! Now I wish I had some almonds in stock lol.

This is a brilliant site for working backwards: http://www.supercook.com/

Just put in the ingredients you have and pick a recipe from the database. Simples
