I know a lot of us are super busy, and it can be hard to find the time to get a good workout in. In the past, I have done Jillian's 30 Day Shred and got awesome results. I just saw this article on Yahoo, and thought some of you might be interested. I know I would be doing it if I weren't pregnant right now. :-)
