    Wow, you were definitely destined to be thin. You look perfect the way you are.

    I wouldn't worry about the BMI. You've got loose skin other places that will shrink over time, so there will be further weight loss if you you just maintain your current body fat.

    Thanks everyone espec the lady that fixed my images !!

    It was all just healthy eating and low fat meals teamed with exercise, the only way that works long term, going to friend some of you so we can support and complain together :) x
