Thunder Thighs?

HELP HELP, What are some good stomach excercises???? And for the thighs ladys I know Im not the only one with thunder thighs, If I can loose my thighs and flatten my stomach while loosing the rest of this weight I will be happy, Anyone know some good excercise to slim the thighs down. I even have me a stationary bike , Im going to get me a mountain bike to go bike riding and hiking just to tone my legs, Do you guys think thats a good idea?????? HELP HELP HELP HELP:sad: :sad: :sad: :sad: :sad: :sad: :sad:

    I have started doing Pilates and hope it helps me with these difficult areas. Good luck!

    Dancing to my fast oldies has really slimmed down my thighs, so you might want to try that. It's fun too! :happy:

    squats help, and you feel it right away! Riding your bike is a really good idea, it will tone your thighs and give you a great cardio workout!

    Lunges really target that area. So do bridges (suggested 10 reps at 10-12 hold each).

    The cycling will help too. After cycling up hills I really feel it.

    It is kind of like Yoga. Check it out on Youtube.com. There are a lot of different times. It depends on what interests you.

    I think biking is great!!! And, as mentioned above, an excellent cardio workout... :happy:
