Lost 10lbs in 8 wks doing Jenny Craig, then found this site so I figure if I stay in my alloted calories 1,210, its been 3 weeks I should continue losing right? Scale hasn't budged! Yes, I do cardio and strenght training.
Should we count carbs, fats, proteins? Thanks

Are you eating your exercise calories? If not, try eating them, or at least some of them. Sounds counterintuitive, but it may be that you need to eat more to keep your metabolism up.0

Or it may be that you are at your natural body weight already and your body does not want to let go of what your mind thinks it should.

You might want to try to change up your exercise routine. And watch your sodium.0

I just started to read the book "the last 15" she has MANY good tips and help in there.....OR maybe read EATING CLEAN?......and just like someone else said it is hard to know exactly what it is you need to change if we don't know everything about ya!!:bigsmile:
I just lost 9.8 pounds since June 1. I did the 30 days shred and went to the gym 4 days a week for 1hour 1/2, I am also eating clean and reading "cracking the fat loss code" for diet help!!!! I love the journals this author offers :bigsmile:

Ps. make sure you measure often.....I just measured my pody and have lost a total of 12 inches on my body....but only lost 9.8 !!!0 -

keep in mind that your body is in panic mode and is going to try to hang on to all the fat it can... plus, muscle weighs more, so I have to agree with the last post - try taking your measurements and see what happens0
