I've lost two since I started, but I was eating too much sodium. Back on track now!0

Only 10 in 9 months I have been doing heavy lifting for those 9 months, so I'm hoping my body composition has changed. Only in the past 2 weeks have I started losing again after many many months of being on a plateau.0

I've lost 17 pounds so far......seven of those pounds since I joined this site! I still have 8 pounds more to lose to reach my goal weight.

started dieting in Oct 2011 I was at 240 lbs. I started tracking it here in Feb when a friend introduced me...and now I am down to 186. and Have an additional 25 lbs to go.0

14 lb as of this morning. Started Jan 2. Started seriously working out Jan 29 and switched to a higher protein diet then. Hoping both of those help. I have lost a lot of inches mainly in my waist and hips, which is incredible because I NEVER lose in my hips. So I'm not complaining.0
