    I've lost 30.9 pounds so far, and am now half way to my goal weight. I've also lost 13.75" in my total measurements.

    congrats on everyone's success! I myself have lost 10 lbs and 6", with an undetermined amount to go... somewhere around 8 to 10 more... I am quite proud and can tell a huge difference. :)

    Only 10 in 9 months :( I have been doing heavy lifting for those 9 months, so I'm hoping my body composition has changed. Only in the past 2 weeks have I started losing again after many many months of being on a plateau.

    I started on here July 1st, I have lost 50lbs total, 10lbs before starting mfp.
  • I've lost 17 pounds so far......seven of those pounds since I joined this site! I still have 8 pounds more to lose to reach my goal weight.

  • started dieting in Oct 2011 I was at 240 lbs. I started tracking it here in Feb when a friend introduced me...and now I am down to 186. and Have an additional 25 lbs to go.

    14 lb as of this morning. Started Jan 2. Started seriously working out Jan 29 and switched to a higher protein diet then. Hoping both of those help. I have lost a lot of inches mainly in my waist and hips, which is incredible because I NEVER lose in my hips. So I'm not complaining.

    Yeah, it's almost March though!! I started Oct 1, 2011 and weighed this am to record and it was 52lbs down and I don't starve either!! I eat what I like to eat becuase for me to get veggies and fruit I have to drink them ICK---and I do add them to protien shakes or I would not get them! I am at 60 something calories left for the day and I am actually about to go over becuase I am hungry and I eat when I am hungry, period. I know the # of calories I should eat per week at a 500 cal def per day so I just make sure I don't go over that for the week regardless of what I eat each day.
