I have lost 160 pounds over the course of years of work. My current goal is to lose another 20 and see how I look then. I am doing weight training as well, so am more concerned with how I will look when finished then my specific weight.
I lost all my weight by dieting and exersize but have never actually started counting calories until now.

having too much sodium in your diet basically means your body will retain more water if I understand it correctly. I know when I eat alot of sodium my body retains water and I blow up like a balloon. Everyone is diff. Sodium isnt good for me.0
