I've went from 145 pounds to 125 pounds. I kinda mad i didnt take my measurements when i frist join this site but i know i have lost alot. I have went from a size 7/8 to a size 2 or 4 depending on the jean. I Still have hard work ahead of me of getting more toned and I Want to get to my goal weight of 115 pounds and dropping body fat %.... and then i will still at that goal when i reach it. Good job to everyone who has lost so far and keep up that great work0

I started July 2011. 31 lbs so far, could have done better if I'd been more diligent (slacked off last couple months, I'm back) As of this morning, 14 lbs from my goal. Only death will keep me from reaching it.

Last month...I lost 12 pounds....this month...I've gained 3 back...and the only difference is that I have changed my work out routine...I'm doing more than what I was doing....but the scale has not moved for 2 weeks. Getting somewhat angry....0

12% bodyfat... I was at 285 at 24% bodyfat.... Then I went down to 230 at 12% and since joining mfp I'm upto 235 at 12%0

been on the livehealthyamerica.org 100 day challenge since 1/23. So far I'm down 9#. Not too good...........but I am exercising, eating right and drinking lots of water. I joined MFP when a co-worker told me he used it.0
