Always Hungry, Any Suggestions for Dulling the Cravings

Lately I have been hungry a lot more than usual. Especially, between the hours of 2pm and 8pm. It's like I'm hungry after lunch around 2 and then when I get home from the gym I am starving. So as I am preparing dinner I'm eating. I also crave snacks more lately, particularly in the afternoon/evening hours.

    If you're genuinely hungry, you may need to up your calories. If it's just boredom eating, try herbal tea or gum. Often it's a matter of oral fixation; you just need something to occupy your mouth,

    Increase the amount of protein you are eating. It fills you up much better. Watch out for foods with lots of carbs/sugar as they spike insulin levels and you will feel hungrier.
