    Did well this week. I'm down 3.5 pounds which is super exciting after being at a plateau the last 10 days or so.

    What is a reasonable weight-loss goal during the challenge? I currently weigh 216.something. I work out like crazy and think without a little sugar munch here and there, and there, and there, I will really drop the weight.

    Reasonable weight loss is between 1-2 lbs a week. :)

    Wow, who would have guessed not eating junk food and fasting for Ash Wednesday would really help drop the pounds. Hopefully it stays off now. Good luck to everyone else on the challenge. One more week to go!

    I had a piece of cake yesterday at a friend's birthday dinner. I felt guilty about it, but I've done really well so far overall. I am proud of myself.

    I want a do over...

    I had good intentions and then it was V-day, a bridal shower, and now girl scout cookie. While I have lost some weight I really wanted to cleanse myself of the junk. I have been doing great avoiding pop for the most part. I did break down and have a little over the weekend festivities.

    Congrats to all you who have been successful so far.

    Can we do a March madness thread? :bigsmile:

    I almost made to it to my weight goal. I am not much of a sweets person but this week I have really been wanting some chocolate. Of course, we always want what we can have. I hope everyone else has had success as well.

    2 lbs shy of my goal. Sorry I didn't update yesterday. I have been sick/sent home by doctors for 2 weeks! Congrats everyone for doing so well!
