I am absoultly addicted to carbs. I get really bad withdrawls when I don;t have them. I want to try to limit them, but to what?
I need to stay under 1800 calories. Do I need to worry about carbs from fruit and veggies? Or just things like pasta, bread, cereal?

Not all carbs are bad. It's the type of carbs that you choose to consume that may have bad effects. Instead of eating processed foods that are high in simple carbs and sugars, try eating more complex carbs, such as whole grains, oats, brown rice. Fruits should be fine, although if you're worried about calories or the amount of sugar, try eating lower sugar fruits such as, apples, pears, grape fruits, berries, etc.

I think that if you can cut out most processed, unhealthy foods and replace them with more well-balanced foods, it should make a huge difference.

I no longer eat grains, legumes or lentils in any shape, form or fashion. The only carbs I eat are from vegetables, nuts, seeds, and fruit - in that respective order.

My health and well being depend on it though.

Stick to your recommended net calorie intake and don't cheat. You will figure out which carbs you just cannot give up!
