I feel like i'm ready to incorporate weight training into my workouts but i really don't know where to start? I know the basic moves on most machines but i need some sort of schedule or guideline to follow (how many days a week, which body part do i work on, etc). I'm still in the early stages of weight loss (started Jan 10th, 2012) but i want to build muscle not just lose weight. Any help is appreciated

Also thinking of checking out the New Rules book, thanks everyone!0 -
Try P90X. Its a well rounded fitness and nutrition program. It has weight & ab workouts 3 times a week, cardio 2 times a week, and flexibiity once a week. I've had great results with it.0
