BBQ Ribs - How do I record them?

So last night I was at a friend's house for a small get-together and they ordered a TON of BBQ. They offered to let me take some of it home, so I took home some ribs (it's hard to pass up free food, and they said there was no way they were going to eat it because they are not a fan of left-overs).

Anyway, I'm planning on eating a couple of them tonight and I'm trying to figure out how to record them. There are so many different options and I'm really confused. For example, when they say a serving is "5 oz", are they including the bone? I know BBQ isn't the healthiest thing (which is why I'm only eating 2), but the calorie and sodium info seems really high. I've weighed the 2 ribs and my scale says approx. 11 oz. So the total calories ends up being like 800. Does anyone else think that's a bit much, or am I just naive?
