How do I log 30 Day Shred under my exercise log?

Just started today. Yes, I'm still alive!!!
How or Where do I find the right exercises to list the work-out? Do I go in and list them individually?
Anybody that has done Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred, please let me know. Thank you!

Circuit training is closest. But it estimated about 220 for me, I bought a HRM and I was only burning about 150. Best bet it spend the $100 and get a HRM.0

Do you put it in for 20 or 27 minutes of curcit training?0

I put in for 20 mins because the warm up doesn't seem like it does much0
