Need a change in my shakes

Hi I have been drinking body by vi shakes and I am gagging them down. I have friends who do the Shakeology but its too pricey. What is a good brand of protein shakes that I could buy at the store? Or what are other ways to make a healthy shake that wont cost me $40+ a month.

    Well u kno it only cost that cuz u don't have 3 ppl to join just get ur friends to join and ur is free cabt beat that free is tge best to me lol

    yes that is true, but i really dont like them so i dont want to lie to others to get them to drink them too. and you only get them for free as long as they are signed up. i know many who have quit after just one month.

    I tried Herbalife yesterday and I it was delicious! but didnt ask how much :-/
